IAP2 2013 Presenter Check-In: Jazmin Bell

As we count down the days to #IAP2NA2013, we thought it would be nice to check in with our speakers and presenters to see what they’re looking forward to at the conference. Enjoy!

Who are you and what do you do?

I am Jazmin Bell, I lead public participation for a Department of Energy cleanup site in California.

What topic will you be presenting on at the conference, and what makes you feel passionate about it?

Wendy Lowe and I will present on Can Community Trust be Restored? We want to share what we have done, but truly we want the session to be more of a conversation because we do not have the answer to the question. We are really looking forward to people joining us to talk about this.

Based on the conference program, what other sessions do you hope to attend (and why)?

I am still trying to decide, they all seem so interesting. A few sessions that have caught my eye are Building Trust One Conversation at a Time, Adding Social Media to Your P2 Toolbox, The Public Outreach Planner, and Turning Conflict into Resolution.

Where can we follow you?

Nowhere to follow, but you can find out more information on the cleanup site at www.etec.energy.gov.
