Cascade Chapter to Re-Introduce Biennial Award for Public Involvement Best Practices

This just in:

Hello IAP2 members and friends,

The Cascade Chapter of the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) is pleased to re-introduce the biennial “Public Involvement Best Practice” awards. The PI Best Practice Awards recognize projects in Oregon and Washington that promote meaningful and innovative opportunities for community engagement. The IAP2 Core Values provide the basis for evaluating award nominations. Award nominations are open to anyone engaged in public involvement work (public involvement practitioners, project managers, agency staff, etc.), both public and private. Projects must be in the public realm (planning, construction or policy making) and must have been substantially completed after January 2009 and before March 2011.
